Since 2012 we have been supplying packaging and palletizing solutions to, among others, the cement and fertilizer industries – our designs, of which, were a first in South Africa. Initially not a simple task, we were able to design and integrate a unique, automated system, of which catalysed the manufacturing process for our clients and to this day we still service them with our full support and maintenance.

 

Throughout the process we have patented a robotic EOAT (end of arm tool) robotic gripper, which was a world’s first. It was developed through a client’s request to pack smaller bags into bulk bags – a challenge we were more than excited to tackle. Our technical team were able not only to solve the packaging solution, but to come out of it with a never-before-seen end-of-arm robotic gripper that perfectly serviced our clients’ needs – a design of which we patented.
